Maxime has a passion for business transformation and innovation, sustainability and growth in Asia Pacific. He acts as a senior advisor to clients on value chain innovation, growth strategy, and operations across a wide range of geographies, from his base in Singapore. Following a 23-year career in ExxonMobil, he has extensive experience in developing growth strategies, product development and innovation offerings. He held senior leadership roles in product management and sales, as well as in supply chain, process and maintenance. Maxime led Exxon’s global elastomers business from Houston, and subsequently set up a new business venture in Singapore.He holds an Engineering Masters’ Degree from the School of Mines of Nancy, with majors in Polymer Science and operational research.
Tom has over 30 years of experience in industry and consulting across sectors including semiconductors, pharmaceutical/biotech, agribusiness and chemicals, FMCG, construction and energy & utilities. With a high-tech engineering/manufacturing background, transformation programme success and deep understanding of IoT and AI he is uniquely placed to advise clients on how to translate ambitious strategies into transformational results. Prior to coming on board with GXS Partners, Tom was Chief Digital Officer and Global Water Sector Lead at Atos. His previous roles range from Semiconductor Engineer to Operations Director to venture start-ups and software CEO. As a consultant he has designed and led transformation programmes for large, multi-national companies across Europe, North America, Asia (China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia) as well as Africa.
Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from University of Glasgow and a Master’s degree focused on how organisations can thrive in complex and rapidly evolving environments. He recently completed a certification from MIT in AI Strategy and Architecture.
Juliette has over 20 years experience in the petrochemicals sector. Following a 17 year career in ExxonMobil, Juliette now advises clients across the chemicals value chain on a range of topics including ESG and decarbonisation strategies. Her chemicals expertise includes olefins strategy and investment planning, basic chemicals and feedstock optimisation, butyl rubber and aromatics operations, and revenue and investment analysis across petrochemicals. She has worked in senior roles in the USA, Asia Pacific and Europe. She holds a Chemical engineering Master’s degree from Chimie Paris, is certified Bilan Carbone® and is trained in LCA from AFNOR (French Norms Institute).
Alain has over 30 years of experience across multiple chemicals sectors including petrochemicals and industrial chemicals covering the whole C2-C3-C4-aromatics chains & derivatives, and also lubricants. He notably was Total Petrochemicals Asia-Pacific Head & Co-Head of M&A, as well as Total M&A Greater China Lubes Head, and held prior senior expert roles at McKinsey and BCG. He has worked in Greater China, Singapore, Europe, and the Middle East, and advises clients on growth strategies, go-to-market planning, portfolio review and investment, and commercial excellence in related sectors. Alain holds an MBA from Brussels Business School and teaches regularly
Martin is a specialist engineering, safety, maintenance and operations consultant, and highly experienced in driving company safety performance and effective risk management. Having spent 18 years in ExxonMobil in management roles across safety, maintenance, operations, technical and commissioning, Martin has subsequently been advising clients around the world in safety, risk and operations consulting across heavy industry including power generation, distribution and oil and gas. He sits on the UK Energy Institute Power & Utilities Technical Committee, and is lead author of the EI framework for process safety management.Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, B.Eng (Hons) from the University of Bradford, UK.
Eugene has over 30 years of Industry experience before retiring as BPs Director Global Supply Chain Asia & Pacific, leading the development of bulk and packed supply chain strategy and execution for the Asia and Pacific regions including the Middle East.
He was Vice Chairman for the Asian Lubricants Manufacturers Union which was established to form a voice for advocacy for Lubricants players in Asia and Pacific.
Before BP he worked in Shell where he developed broad end-to-end experience covering supply chain, product quality & advocacy, e-commerce, retail and commercial business, refinery operations, technology and supply trading.
Eugene graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Masters degree in Law.
Mike advises clients at board level on the leadership and transformation of complex, asset-related and heavily-outsourced businesses and programmes. He spent 23 years in industry including leading Centrica’s gas business running major assets for Shell and developing major projects for Alstom. Subsequently he has spent 7 years advising clients around the world, including as main board strategy advisor to Royal Dutch Shell, and several other high profile engineering organisations across multiple sectors.Mike holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, B.Eng (Hons) from Imperial College, London.
Jack has over 25 years of experience in senior sales roles across Asia Pacific, and advises board level executives and their teams on sales and marketing effectiveness. He has himself successfully grown and developed sales, delivering outstanding revenue and profitability, and achieved record growth across multiple on-line and off-line businesses. He has in-depth expertise in developing highly effective sales methods, and has led sales teams located in countries right across the Asia Pacific region including China, Japan, South East Asia and Japan. Jack has held senior roles during his outstanding 20 year career at Donnelley Financial Solutions, including 5 years as Managing Director for Asia Pacific sales. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Chinese studies from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, and speaks English and intermediate Mandarin.
